Hantering av personuppgifter
När du lägger din beställning hos oss uppger du dina personuppgifter. I samband med din registrering och beställning godkänner du att vi lagrar och använder dina uppgifter i vår verksamhet för att kunna fullfölja vårt avtal med dig.
Enligt gällande dataskyddslagstiftning (GDPR) har du rätt att få ta del av den information som vi har registrerat om dig. Om den är felaktig, ofullständig eller irrelevant kan du begära att informationen ska rättas eller raderas. Kontakta oss i så fall via e-post.
För dig som använder vår app
Om du använder vår mobilapplikation har appen tillgång till platsinformation. Appen delar din cykels geografiska position med oss. Denna data kommer från själva cykeln och används för att hjälpa dig att säkra din cykel, återfå den vid en eventuell stöld, samt för att sammanställa historik över dina resor.
Vi delar aldrig din cykels position med tredje part, med undantag för när det är strikt nödvändigt för att vi ska kunna tillhandahålla dessa tjänster till dig (till exempel för att visa din cykels position på en karta).

Handling of personal data
When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you.
According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. In this case, please contact us via email.
If you use our mobile application, the application accesses location information.
The application shares your bike's geolocation with us. This data comes from the bike itself and is used to help you secure your bike, recover it in case of theft, and calculate the history of your trips. We do not share your bike's geolocation with third parties, except as strictly necessary to provide these services to you, for example to display your bike's position on a map.
